2. The character of our content
We operate solely as an independent review platform and informational catalogue dedicated to resort accommodation, destination hotels, and leisure properties.

- Assessments, amenity summaries, tier placements, and ratings serve general research and planning, nothing more.
- Our own assessments
- Rankings reflect our editorial team's judgement, applied through a published rubric and informed by industry standards.
- Not a booking agency
- This is not a travel agency. We operate no booking desk, no hotel, and no entertainment facility of any kind.
3. Copyright and permitted use
Editorial writing, ranking frameworks, assessment scorecards, visual design, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of this publication and its licensors.
A limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence permits viewing and printing individual pages for personal planning. It does not permit you to:
- Republish, redistribute, or syndicate our editorial critiques absent explicit written consent.
- Deploy scrapers, crawlers, or automated extraction tools against our ranking database.
- Adapt, modify, or derive new works from our evaluations and property matrices.
4. The limits of what we can verify
Our editors work to verify published details, amenity schedules, and local conditions, but leisure properties change their offerings and operating rules frequently.
We give no warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of third-party schedules, suite features, or local offerings. Readers should confirm anything material directly with the property before finalising travel plans.
5. Third-party links and providers
Articles and reviews sometimes link out to hospitality venues, booking providers, and tourism authorities. Such links are offered only as a convenience.
We exercise no control over third-party sites, their terms, their security arrangements, or their reservation agreements. Following an external link is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
6. Your obligations as a reader
